Korean language e-Learning program
  • Overview
    - Special online course to strengthen the Korean language competency of international students
    - Goal: TOPIK Level 4. Method: answering questions and practicing Korean expressions
  • Who can apply: Students with TOPIK Level 3 or lower
  • Held in: May - June, every year (September - November)
  • Application: April, September
Basic academic glossary for international students
  • Overview
    - Basic academic glossary has been created for international students in different departments (majors)
  • Available for: Departments (majors) in which, on average, 40 or more international students enrolled per year over the last 3 years )

Foreign Student Employment Support Program (Special Lecture)
  • Overview
    - A special lecture focusing on common difficulties facing international students seeking jobs in Korea
  • Open to: international students who are interested in finding employment in Korea
  • Held in: May-June, October-November
  • Application: May-June, October-November
Intensive Program (camp) for Reinforcing Employment Competency for International Students
  • Overview
    - Coaching related to qualifications for foreign workers such as status of residence, job aptitude test, preparation of job application tailored to job suitability, 1:1 individual counseling and consulting, interview practice, etc. customized employment program for international students (3 days)
  • Open to: international students who are interested in finding employment in Korea
  • Held in October
  • Application: September
 
Entrepreneurship OASIS program for international students
  • Overview
    - Entrepreneurship education for international students, project team operation, and commercialization support (education → development → advancement, mentoring of startup ideas based on technology, prototype production and incorporation support, etc.)
    - After completing the OASIS program and setting up a business, you can apply for the Technology Startup Visa (D8-4)
  • Open to: international students who are interested in starting a business in Korea
  • Starts from March
Global Buddy
  • Overview
    - Matching program to help foreign students learn Korean and adapt to life in Korea with the help of a Korean student
  • Open to: Dongguk University Korean and international students
  • Held in: May-June, October-November
  • Application: April, September
 
Temple stay for international students
  • Overview
    - 2-day temple stay program for international students, organized in cooperation with the Korean Buddhist Cultural Center of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism
    - Various Buddhist culture experience programs such as temple etiquette practice, temple tour, Buddhist prayer, chat with a monk, meditation, rubbing, etc.
  • Open to: Dongguk University international students
  • Held in April, November
  • Application: April, October
1-day Buddhism Experience Program for International Students
  • Overview
    - One-day Buddhist culture experience for international students, organized through cooperation with the Korean Buddhist Cultural Center of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism
    - Various Buddhist culture experience programs such as temple food dining, making wishes, and chatting with monks
  • aOpen to: Dongguk University international students
  • Held in April, November
  • Application: April, October
